The Sea of Tranquility

By Katja Millay

Genre: Romance

Yes, it's a love story, but it's a painful one and the actual sea of tranquility turns out to be a barren crater on the moon. Not much tranquility there. Nastya Kashnikov wants to disappear after an unspeakable tragedy shakes her world. So she moves in with her aunt in order to attend a high school away from her hometown. She dresses in low cut tops, tight jeans and stilleto heels--a uniform for her don't-mess-with-me-don't-talk-to-me attitude. But she is strangely drawn to the one other person in the high school who himself is an island: Josh Bennet. Everyone knows what happened to Josh--his entire family has died and at 17 he is truly alone. The undeniable pull between them is strong, but her secrets may crush them both.
